Self Aggrandizement 101: Circles. The new single from (is)boy ... Available now!!!!
Hi,
For the last six years or so, I’ve been fortunate to call Misty Boyce a friend and confidant. That she ever asked me to be a part of her band is an honor expressed far too infrequently I’m sure. She is, truly, out of my league.
Today I am very excited to announce that Circles, the first single from (is)boy is officially available!
In case you didn’t know, (is)boy is the greatest band in the world lead by the fiercely talented Misty Boyce, and Circles was produced by yours truly.
We are celebrating tonight with a show at Rockwood Music Hall. If you’re around, please come down. The fantastic Nick Africano (who co-wrote the lyric for Circles and who’s album Butterfly Bull I had the pleasure of playing on) will follow.
I hope you’ll consider purchasing a copy of Circles, and that you will make said purchase direct from our website: www.isboymusic.com

Why not iTunes or the like? Purchasing from us means we actually see the full 99 cents (or whatever you decide to pay). iTunes takes 30% off the top. As well the should, they have a pretty awesome website to maintain. Anyway… A cool 30 cents here, and a cool 30 cents there will eventually turn into our ability to get an overpriced cappuccino at Gimme!, make more music, or buy a summer house in the Hamptons!!! As an extra incentive to buy from us, we have made a special package only available through our site. That package includes, in addition to the studio recording, a live version of Circles from our Rockwood show on June 9th and the song Paper Dolls from the Misty Boyce EP “For The Grace Of Odd.” But wait! That’s not all … you’ll also get a cool little video that Misty shot and edited. I would totally nominate it for an MTV Video award, but I think MTV got cancelled.
Okay, I gotta go.
Mwah!

As seen in Minnetonka, MN… For the record, as it were, while I did not play bass on The Dig’s Electric Toys album, there is however an uncredited drum sticks on a trash can performance from yours truly on the most amazing song ever “Just Wanna Talk To You.” You too can support my retirement by purchasing these albums, in bulk please.
